Can I put my stuff in the car?

You can put up to a 100 pounds of any personal items within the vehicle at no extra cost, those will go in the trunk. Although if you rather use the back seat of the vehicle, it cannot surpase the window level. Sometimes it can be allowed to add more, however, it all depend on each driver, as they may request additional budget for the extra weight. Please beware that ramdom checks from Federal or local authorities on the road will check for any ilegal items without notice, so it’s recomended to keep in mind those boundaries, to avoid having to deal with a stressful situation or prosecution from their end.

Is the estimate accurate?

It includes all fees such as taxes, tolls, Bumper to bumper insurance. (Door-to Door) service and the reservation fee. By all means, estimates can have many variables already included in the quote, such as extra fees for inoperable vehicles up to $100.00 dollars, if enclosed shipping is required the quote may increase by average $400.00 dollars, if a driver must deviate to get your vehicle as the pickup or drop off location is in a remote area which is not a common route and far from a mayor highway or rural areas, the price may also increase. The calculation is usually done by distance, where the longest gets the lowest rate per mile and the shortest the highest. (for example 3.000 miles gets down to .35 cents per mile, and 100 miles gets up to $2.00 dollars per mile). We also use the national load board, which is used by brokers and carriers to list and locate shipments. All this to confirm if a vehicle has been taken by a carrier for an specific rate similar to your delivery.

Is my shipping covered with insurance?

Yes, Bumper to bumper insurance. Usually each spot in a car hauler takes $100.000 dollars worth of insurance, and will be added to your documentation once the truck have been chosen and dispatched to your order.

What is the ETA for my car to be picked up?

Depending of the date of your delivery, we check through our network and confirm the pickup date and time with all the possible drivers available that cover that specific route. Then, we will let you know when the best one will be picked up and allocate it. Upon approval from your end, we dispatch the order and the driver will give you a call in advance to follow up or to gather any additional instructions you may have for you delivery. Also you will receive documentation as well as the drivers information, in case you want to reach him first to request ETA or track your delivery over the phone.

When may I expect the delivery of my vehicle?

Depending on the distance, type of truck, weather, traffic, driving skills and safety regulatory restrictions. Those are vairiables to take into account. You will be given an approximate delivery time when you book. It is conceivable that your car will be delivered sooner than the specified estimated travel time because every delivery is different. In our logistic process, the driver will let us know before we dispatch the order how long would it take and if you agree to that time range, we lock the spot. Diligently the driver communicate with you prior either for unexpected situations or for the pickup and deliver of your vehicle, unless you contact him first.

Is it possible to track my delivery?

It is possible to trace your delivery online. Also you can get in touch with the driver assigned to your order, asking directly for updates, up-to-date location information on your shipment, or you can provide them with any additional instructions you may consider needed.

How do I pay for my delivery?

After we have confirmed the ETA with the vehicle owner and the carrier, we process the reservation fee, it could be paid using Credit or Debit card, CashApp, Zelle, Venmo and Pay Pal. Once the vehicle has got to its destination, the remaining balance must be paid to the driver Cash on Deliver (COD). It could be also money order or Cashier check (cannot be personal checks). Sometimes drivers accept CashApp or Zelle instead of COD.

How do you handle damaged or inoperable vehicles?

Usually if the vehicle rolls and stears, the driver can use a winch to load it into the truck, that additional service is included in the original quote. If the request came as operational, the winch service may increase your quote up to $100 dollars extra. When the vehicle is totalled or cannot be pulled with a winch, it is required to use a forklift. Unfortunately, we do not provide that service yet. This is something that must be arranged by the owner of the vehicle to ease the drivers duty to load it successfully.

Can I take pictures?

The driver will do a 21-point inspection to the vehicle at the time of pickup so you will get it in the same conditions at delivery. You can take pictures and videos of your vehicle for insurance claims if needed it.

What is the procedure if my vehicle got damage during delivery?

If by any circumstance an unfortunate event occurred, and your vehicle suffers an accident or got damaged while in possession by the carrier. The regular procedure is to contact the carrier’s insurance company which it will be included in your order’s package once the order has been dispatched. All the documentation is shared accordingly with the customer to ensure satisfaction even if nothing has happened to the vehicle.

Reservations with multiple companies: Making numerous reservations for your car transport really works against you since it starts a bidding war between you on the national load board, which is used by brokers and carriers to list and locate shipments.

Comprehending Approximated Times: There is no such thing as a delivery date guarantee. Dates are approximations. Actual shipment dates can be affected by a variety of factors, including traffic, weather, truck and driver availability, driver skills, logistic processes, breakdowns, and even the route. We confirm ETA with you and the driver to sync the time frames that suit better your needs. Otherwise, you can choose an alternative carrier that might have a similar ETA and route, all this options to ensure customer satisfaction.

Compare the value you receive vs. The rate promised: Work with a business that is thinking about you. Reliable service is not always ensured by the cheapest price, so beware of low quotes. The desire to choose the least expensive company is strong while comparing estimates. Is that, however, the best value? Verify if the business is legal, enjoys a positive customer reputation, and sets reasonable expectations for pickup and delivery.  A lot of companies will give you an unusually low quote, but they won’t be able to locate you a carrier, which will cause your delivery to be delayed and eventually force you to make other arrangements for shipping.

Brokers vs. Carriers: Most businesses you get in touch with will identify themselves as carriers, however the majority are actually brokers. Transporting vehicles is what car carriers do; acquiring new clients is not their business. For this reason, the sector mostly depends on experienced brokers to help the drivers and the client complete the task.

Be hesitant of instant promises: The carrier has trucks to make sure the delivery take place. Brokers do not own trucks or have drivers. If they say otherwise is just to encourage you to schedule an order.
